At CNAPA we like to keep our tuition cost affordable for our students. Tuition fees can change based on the local economy and program updates. Our program understands that education is expensive so we offer easy payment plans for all students that need assistance. Assistance is also available through these self-sufficiency programs:

- Applicants must meet sufficiency programs qualifications.
Textbooks are provided for course use only and must be return at the end of the course in good/excellent condition. Any lost or damage books will need to be replaced by student at a cost $52.00. Student may also purchase a new textbook at anytime during the course for $52.00 or used textbook for $18.00 if available. Student must present at registration the full/partial tuition in the form of a cashier check or money order (make payable to CNAPA). No Personal Checks!
Payment Options:
Program Tuition fee $1040.00 – Full Payment
- Students cannot register for class session without payment unless associated with a Sponsorship Program.
- Sponsorship Students must pay $55.00 at registration for background and drug test.

Split Payment Plan: This plan allows students to pay half tuition down at registration ($520.00) plus $55.00 fee for background check and drug test. Final payment due ($520.00) by the 1st Thursday of class after class begin.
Low Payment Plan: This plan allows students to secure a seat in the preferred class by paying a low-down payment ($270.00 includes non-refundable processing fee with each payment) + $55 fee for background check and drug test. Student must provide a payment schedule for this plan. A payment will be required every two weeks or once a month. Student will have 3 additional schedule payments until full tuition is paid. Students will be eligible to start the next available class session after making 3 tuition payments. The final payment will be due on the 1st Thursday after class begins.
Reimbursement: If student is currently employed by a Medicaid-certified nursing facility in South Carolina you are eligible for reimbursement of tuition after one (1) year of employment. A written offer of employment qualifies you for reimbursement. * Call for more details……
Military Applicants: MyCAA – Military Spouse Career Advancement Account. The Department of Defense has a new financial assistance program that offers up to $4,000 to military spouses who are interested in pursuing continuing education (including certificate and online courses), degree programs, licenses, or credentials leading to careers in high growth, high demand, and portable career fields.
Spouses of active duty and activated National Guard and Reserve Service members are eligible for MyCAA. Military spouses who are military members themselves are not eligible for MyCAA, but may be eligible for military education benefits.
To get started, visit https://aiportal.acc.af.mil/mycaa to create a MyCAA Account. Once a profile is created, the Department of Defense will provide notification of eligibility status through the MyCAA messaging system. Be sure to select Carolina Nursing Assistant Program Academy (CNAPA) when you apply on the AI Portal. For assistance, contact a Military OneSource Career Consultant at 1-800-342-9647.
Private Sponsorship: CNAPA accept sponsorship’s from many different private paying programs or businesses. Students can present with the business information to CNAPA in reference to course session and tuition payment. CNAPA does not provide sponsorship.
Credit Cards: We accept credit cards as a method of payment by appointment only. Credit card payments must be scheduled with the Program Director only. Please advise office manger if you are paying by credit card prior to registering for class. All credit card/debt payments will be charged a 3.85% nonrefundable service charge fee.
*Please note there will be a $40.00 late fee added to late payments received after the deadline date.
