At CNAPA we like to keep our tuition cost affordable for our students. Tuition fees can change based on the local economy and program updates. Our program understands that education is expensive so we offer easy payment plans for all students that need assistance. Assistance is also available through these self-sufficiency programs:

CNAPA offers Early, Late registration and Low payment plan tuition options to include Quick/Fast track course Take advantage of our back to school special and register early ($1350.00). All course content contains 100 hours of basic nursing care knowledge and skills geared towards entry level nursing employment opportunities. Students will study 10 nursing comprehensive chapters and learn 22 skills basic nursing skill provided by South Carolina.
Textbooks (rental fee) are provided for course use only and must be return at the end of the course in good/excellent condition. Any lost or damage books will need to be replaced by student at a cost $45.00. Student may also purchase a new textbook at anytime during the course for $45.00 or used textbook for $18.00 if available. Student must present at registration the full/partial tuition in the form of a cashier check or money order (make payable to CNAPA). No Personal Checks!
Package A→Student that register Early (30 days or more) will pay $1350.00 tuition only not included $70.00 for background check and drug test-nonrefundable fee. Pay full tuition and receive a free CPR course (AHA-BLS card good for two years. Partial payment $675.00 final balance due $675.00 on first day of class. Partial payment will not qualify for free CPR, but student can add CPR for $50.00. A $45.00 non-refundable fee will be added for all late payments. Late payments will compromise/terminate enrollment contract. CNAPA reserves the right to terminate enrollment contract for non-payment.
Package B → Students registering for a course starting less than 30 days (Late Registration) will pay course fee $ 1350.00 tuition only not included $70.00 for background check and drug test -nonrefundable fee. Pay full tuition and receive a free CPR course (AHA-BLS card good for two years. Partial down payment $687.50 final balance due $687.50 on the first day of class. Partial payment will not qualify for free CPR, but student can add CPR for $50.00. A $ 45.00 non-refundable fee will be added for all late payments. Late payments will compromise/terminate enrollment contract CNAPA reserves the right to terminate enrollment contract for non-payment.
Package C→ Payment Plan options (PPO) ($1395.00) are available for student who need addition time to pay for the course. This plan will cost more to extend time to make payments. PPO option works well for potential students wishing to enroll in a course and secure their seating. Students will pay $358.75 down x 3 additional payments to include the $10.00 processing fee for each payment, plus one-time fee $70.00 for background check and drug test- nonrefundable fee. Minimal down is $358.75 Students will not start class until final payment is received. Payments are scheduled every 2-4 weeks. Partial payment will not qualify for free CPR, but student can add CPR for $50.00. A $45.00 non-refundable fee will be added for all late payments. Late payments will compromise/terminate enrollment contract. CNAPA reserves the right to terminate enrollment contract for non-payment.
Package D→ (New Summer Course) Student interested in a Quick/Fast Track (13-day class) will pay tuition cost ($1500.00) for an accelerated course, plus one-time fee $70.00 for background check and drug test- nonrefundable fee. This course is designed for strong academic students that can manage the heavy workload. Students can use the payment plan option of $385.00 down x 3 additional payments to include the $10.00 processing fee for each payment. Partial payment will not qualify for free CPR, but student can add CPR for $50.00. A $45.00 non-refundable fee will be added for all late payments. Late payments will compromise/terminate enrollment contract. CNAPA reserves the right to terminate enrollment contract for non-payment.
Sponsorship Program: (CNA) tuition payment $1350.00. Additional fees may be added based on uniform size, additional courses etc. Students are responsible for $45.00 criminal background check and a $35.00 drug test (nonrefundable), if not paid by program. Add CPR and Medication Aide for a total tuition $1490.00. Students applying for employment at the local hospitals will need to have CPR before applying. The Medication Aide class allows CNA to pass medication in Assisted Living Community and Home Care only. This additional training provides more opportunities for employment.
Military Applicants: MyCAA – Military Spouse Career Advancement Account. The Department of Defense has a new financial assistance program that offers up to $4,000 to military spouses who are interested in pursuing continuing education (including certificate and online courses), degree programs, licenses, or credentials leading to careers in high growth, high demand, and portable career fields.
Spouses of active duty and activated National Guard and Reserve Service members are eligible for MyCAA. Military spouses who are military members themselves are not eligible for MyCAA, but may be eligible for military education benefits.
To get started, visit https://aiportal.acc.af.mil/mycaa to create a MyCAA Account. Once a profile is created, the Department of Defense will provide notification of eligibility status through the MyCAA messaging system. FAQ: What is included in tuition?
1. State exam fee ($140.00) Exam given at the school 30 days after completion.
2. Uniform 1- set (special order adds $15.00 Example: (Tall, 1x-5X)
3. Theory (60 hours /Clinical (40 hours) = 100 hours
4. Course Textbook (rental-provided for course use or student may purchase for $45.00) Sponsorship companies- Textbook is included in tuition.
5. Course Workbook (included in tuition) Purchase for $18.00
6. Pay Full Tuition and get a Free CPR Class or add the class for $40.00.
Credit Cards/Cash App: Credit cards payments is only available for government /private company payments. All credit card/debt payments will be charged a 3.85% nonrefundable service charge fee. Students also have the option of using Cash App to make their tuition payments.
